Our staff meets with each resident to discuss lifestyle preferences and needs and to develop a customized plan to accommodate their individual needs and requirements. For personal care, we evaluate individual care plans on a regular basis to ensure that changing needs are accommodated. Services can be increased or decreased, depending on individual needs, allowing residents to purchase only the services they require.
