Park Vista Retirement Living offers both assisted and independent living options. See the diagram below for a comparison of services provided within each all inclusive rental package.

Additional storage is available for $25/month, and underground parking and garages are available for $50/month.

When You Need Additional Assistance*

If the activities of daily living become more difficult, we can assist you. Our caring staff is trained to provide our assisted living residents with:

• Medication assistance
• Dressing
• Bathing
• Hygiene

Health Assessments*

A health assessment will be completed for each of our assisted living residents by our Registered Nurse in order to help determine what activities may require assistance. The health assessment will also determine what any additional assistance charges will be.

*Services apply to assisted living residents only – not independent living residents.
