    Your family and friends are always welcome, You may receive visitors at any time, regardless of the hour.

  2. Valuables, money and jewelry.
    Park Vista Retirement Living takes all reasonable care in providing a secure environment. However, we encourage you to lock your apartment when you are not in. Your Resident or Executive Director can assist you in finding a secure place for your valuables for safekeeping.

  3. Utilities included.
    Your monthly rent at Park Vista Retirement Living includes heat, air conditioning, electricity, basic cable TV, water and sewer charges. Apartments are equipped with a telephone that has emergency capabilities; however, you must make arrangements for local and long distance telephone service.

  4. Food and refreshments.
    Your assisted living apartment is equipped with a modem kitchen. When it is cleaned each week, housekeeping service will check your refrigerator for any food spoilage and assist you in discarding it.

  5. Laundry and housekeeping service.
    Your assisted living apartment will be picked up daily and cleaned extensively once a week. Your linens and personal laundry will be taken care of on a weekly basis.

  6. Transportation.
    A regular schedule of transportation for shopping, social outings and special events is arranged through the Resident Services Department.

Providing a Secure Environment

We maintain a secure environment for your safety. During the day, entrance doors of the facility may be kept unlocked. Individual apartment doors are equipped with a lock, and each resident is provided with their own keys.

We support your right to privacy. In the event of an emergency, however, the care staff on duty will have a master key to gain access. Housekeeping and maintenance staff will also have access to your apartment for housekeeping and maintenance duties.

Each time a staff member enters your apartment, a log will be kept. You may examine this log at any time to know when a staff member has entered your apartment and for what purpose.
